Voor onze eindklant, het Ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken, zijn wij op zoek naar een Programmamanager Implementatie SAP HR. Je leidt de technische implementatie van het SAP HR-systeem in goede banen. Het betreft een project dat zorgvuldig, maar onder hoge druk uitgevoerd moet worden. De focus ligt op strakke coördinatie en afstemming tussen de externe leverancier, de interne HR-afdeling, ICT en functioneel beheer.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Strak aansturen en coördineren van de technische implementatie van SAP HR
  • Zorgen voor optimale samenwerking tussen de externe leverancier, HR, ICT en functioneel beheer
  • Monitoren van de voortgang, signaleren van knelpunten en snel bijsturen waar nodig
  • Opzetten en bewaken van duidelijke governance- en escalatieprocessen
  • Regelmatig en gestructureerd rapporteren aan het management over voortgang, risico's en mijlpalen
  • Managen van data-migratie, integraties en systeemconfiguratie in samenwerking met ICT
  • Bewaken van budget, planning en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Leiden van test- en acceptatieprocessen, inclusief de overdracht naar beheer
  • Zorgen voor heldere communicatie binnen alle lagen van de organisatie

Job requirements

  • Je hebt een afgeronde (academische) opleiding projectmanagement.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Agile en/of Prince2-methodologie.
  • Je hebt minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in programma- en projectmanagement.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van externe leveranciers in een complexe IT-omgeving.

Wishes:

  • Sterke affiniteit met HR- en IT-processen en kennis van systeemintegraties.
  • Bewezen trackrecord in strakke voortgangsbewaking en managementrapportages.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement op C-level.
