Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Leidinggeven aan een grootschalig internationaal IT-programma
- Aansturen van interne en externe teams en leveranciers
- Rapporteren aan stuurgroep en portfolio management
- Bewaken van planning, scope, kwaliteit en budget
- Actief stakeholder- en verandermanagement
Job requirements
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met complexe IT-programma’s (> €3 miljoen, dit ook aantoonbaar in cv)
- Aantoonbare ervaring met internationale implementaties
- Sterk in stakeholder- en vendormanagement
- Communicatief sterk (Engels verplicht, Nederlands pré)
- Zelfstartend, pragmatisch, resultaatgericht
- Pré: ervaring met workforce managementsystemen en HR-gerelateerde IT-trajecten
