Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij opzoek naar een Product Owner / Business Analist (Enkel op detacheringsbasis) die een centrale rol vervult binnen het automation programma en is verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van businessdoelstellingen naar concrete, realiseerbare IT-oplossingen. Het doel van de rol is het structureel verminderen van handmatige processen door middel van slimme automatisering, waarbij duurzame waarde wordt geleverd voor zowel business als IT.

De rol fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen stakeholders, technologie en uitvoering, en draagt actief bij aan het succes van het programma in een dynamische en veranderende omgeving.

Werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Vertalen van businessbehoeften en strategische doelstellingen naar concrete IT-oplossingen
  • Uitwerken en prioriteren van epics, features en backlog-items
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van functionele documentatie en procesbeschrijvingen
  • Beschrijven, analyseren en optimaliseren van (bedrijfs)processen
  • Managen van stakeholders op verschillende niveaus (operatie t/m C-1)
  • Afstemmen en coördineren van werkzaamheden met interne en externe partijen
  • Inhoudelijke aansturing van multidisciplinaire teams in samenwerking met Scrum Master en developers
  • Bewaken van voortgang, planning en kwaliteit; tijdig signaleren van knelpunten
  • Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte en gestructureerde agile werkwijze
  • Ondersteunen van kennisoverdracht en onboarding van (nieuwe) teamleden
  • Adviseren over prioriteiten, capaciteit en eventuele opschaling binnen het domein


Job requirements

  • HBO-diploma of hoger;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante hands-on ervaring als Product Owner en/of Business Analist;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het verbinden van business en IT;
  • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en communicatie op meerdere organisatieniveaus;
  • Ervaring met businessanalyse, procesmodellering en documentatie;
  • Bekend met agile/scrum-werkwijzen en multidisciplinaire teams;
  • Affiniteit met en/of ervaring in automatiseringstechnologieën zoals RPA (bijv. UiPath) en AI;
  • Analytisch sterk, gestructureerd en detailgericht;
  • Flexibel, stressbestendig en gewend te werken in een veranderende omgeving.
