Voor onze opdrachtgever in de regio Noord-Holland staat de verdere professionalisering en optimalisatie van P&O-processen centraal. AFAS vormt hierbij het hart van hun HR-administratie, workflows en gebruikersinteracties. Om deze optimalisatiewensen en nieuwe initiatieven te realiseren, zoeken wij een ervaren AFAS Product Owner die tijdelijk de P&O organisatie van onze opdrachtgever komt versterken.

Work

Analyseren, prioriteren en realiseren van AFAS-procesoptimalisaties

Uitvoeren van impact- en procesanalyses, adviseren over oplossingsrichtingen en het implementeren van verbeteringen binnen o.a. delegaties, OE-structuur, verzuim, onboarding, contractovergangen, expatprocessen en automatisering van workarounds.


Vertalen van businesswensen naar concrete AFAS-oplossingen

Samen met Functioneel Beheer optimalisatiewensen omzetten naar user stories, configuraties en systeemaanpassingen en deze zelfstandig (hands-on) doorvoeren van idee tot implementatie.


Ontwerpen en implementeren van workflows voor externe inhuur

Realiseren van end-to-end workflows voor alle typen externe inhuur, inclusief borging van compliance, autorisaties, rapportages en aansluiting op financiële processen.


Verbeteren van gebruikerservaring en inrichting van AFAS

Optimaliseren van gebruikersvriendelijkheid, look & feel, navigatie en InSite/portalen via korte iteratieve verbetercycli in samenwerking met Functioneel Beheer.


Operationaliseren van de AFAS-beheerorganisatie en versterken van gebruikersbetrokkenheid

Werkend en toekomstbestendig maken van de bestaande beheerstructuur, actief betrekken van de gebruikersorganisatie en borgen van transparante prioritering en eigenaarschap.


Onderzoeken en implementeren van ondersteunende oplossingen (ticketing & AI)

Inventariseren, adviseren en implementeren van een ticketingoplossing voor P&O support én het verkennen en toepassen van AI (Jonas) via use-cases, pilots en adoptie binnen P&O-processen.

Job requirements

  • Ruime ervaring als AFAS Product Owner, Consultant of Functioneel Beheerder
  • Zeer vaardig in inrichting van HR-processen en workflows binnen AFAS
  • Ervaring met de tweeledigheid van de functie: enerzijds fungeren als business analist en anderzijds de hands-on werkwijze voor de praktische uitvoering en implementatie (inrichten, testen, doorvoeren en opleveren in nauwe samenwerking met Functioneel Beheer)
  • Ervaring met complexe optimalisatietrajecten en backlog-management
  • Sterk in het betrekken van gebruikersorganisaties en creëren van eigenaarschap; kan werken met diverse stakeholders en zorgen dat wensen daadwerkelijk landen in het beheer- en wijzigingsproces
