For our client, we are looking for a Process Expert to make a difference within the M&F IT domain. You will ensure that new IT employees receive optimal guidance and that learning and development within the organisation is organised in a professional and future-oriented way. With your overview, communicative strength and knowledge of L&O structures, you will build a solid learning environment that contributes to the strategic goals of M&F IT, JIVC and COMMIT. A role in which coordination, innovation and impact come together.

What will you do?

  • Supervise and support new IT staff within M&F IT.
  • Coordinate all Learning & Development (L&O/L&D) activities for M&F IT.
  • Establish, implement and maintain the Education and Training Plan for M&F IT.
  • Compile and update the onboarding and induction programme for new employees.
  • Design, build and maintain learning lines based on functions and roles.
  • Maintain and expand internal and external relationships in the area of Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate on contract arrangements for L&O/L&D, including digital tools.
  • Formulate and report KPIs related to Learning & Development.
  • Manage L&O/L&D content, responsibilities, procedures and agreements.
  • Act as a point of contact for questions and advice on Learning & Development.
  • Advise on innovative L&O/L&D solutions in line with strategic objectives.
  • Report on progress, developments and contracts to management and stakeholders.
  • Consultations with the management team, team leaders and staff on L&O/L&D topics.
  • Update the L&O/L&D plan based on new insights and initiatives.

  • The position focuses on strengthening the Learning & Development policy within M&F IT.
  • A key goal is to professionalise onboarding and training programmes.
  • You will ensure that training activities are aligned with the strategic goals of M&F IT, JIVC and COMMIT.
  • You contribute to creating a learning organisational culture.
  • The position links operational execution with strategic policy in L&O.
  • You secure quality and progress through KPIs, reports and structural consultation.
  • The role requires coordination, communication and innovative thinking within an IT context.
  • This application has been plotted as an extension.


Job requirements

  • 10 years' work experience in IT.
  • You possess HBO working and thinking level with Business Informatics background.
  • 5 years' experience in training procurement.
  • 10 years' experience with SAP, related to Logistics, Finance and Learning and developing IT staff.
  • 5 years' experience in designing, implementing and evaluating traineeships.

  • Experience of working in the Ministry of Defence.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
