Wil jij bijdragen aan het verbeteren van facilitaire processen en het ontwikkelen van een overzichtelijke Producten- en Diensten Catalogus? Onze opdrachtgever zoekt een proces- en projectondersteuner die structuur brengt, processen optimaliseert en kleine verbeterprojecten coördineert. Een mooie kans voor een professional die energie krijgt van procesverbetering en samenwerking binnen een dynamische facilitaire omgeving. Deze opdracht is uitsluitend geschikt voor ZZP'ers.

Work

  • Beschrijven, analyseren en optimaliseren van facilitaire werkprocessen.
  • Vertalen van processen naar duidelijke werkinstructies en formats.
  • Ontwikkelen van een overzichtelijke Producten- en Diensten Catalogus (PDC).
  • Bewaken van samenhang tussen processen, rollen en kwaliteitsafspraken.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine verbeter- en implementatieprojecten, zoals procesdigitalisering of publicatie van de PDC.
  • Samenwerken met functioneel beheerders (zoals Axxerion/FMIS) en andere disciplines.
  • Ondersteunen bij monitoring en rapportages binnen de PDCA-cyclus.

  • De afdeling Facilitair Management professionaliseert haar werkwijze en processen.
  • De opdracht richt zich op standaardisatie, kwaliteit en transparantie van dienstverlening.
  • Het doel is een actuele, toepasbare en toegankelijke Producten- en Diensten Catalogus te realiseren.
  • Kleine verbeterprojecten dragen bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling.

Job requirements

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Facility Management, Bedrijfskunde of Kwaliteitsmanagement.
  • Ervaring met procesbeschrijving en (her)inrichting van facilitaire of ondersteunende processen.
  • Ervaring met Lean-methodiek (minimaal Green Belt).
  • Analytisch sterk, gestructureerd en communicatief vaardig.

Wishes

  • Ervaring met FMIS-systemen zoals Axxerion of Planon.
  • Vaardig in het vertalen van complexe informatie naar toegankelijke documenten.
