Work

Als PMO / Junior Projectleider werk je binnen de Directie Informatievoorziening mee aan grote en vaak complexe ICT-projecten. Je ondersteunt project- en programmamanagers, bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang van projecten en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van projectmanagement binnen de organisatie.

Naast je rol als PMO krijg je ook de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen als Junior Projectleider, waarbij je onder begeleiding steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid neemt in projecten.

werkzaamheden

  • Bijhouden en bewaken van acties, besluiten, risico’s, issues en planningen.
  • Voorbereiden en organiseren van stuurgroep- en projectoverleggen.
  • Verzorgen van documentmanagement en up-to-date houden van projectdossiers.
  • Opstellen en verzamelen van voortgangsrapportages en signaleren van afwijkingen.
  • Organiseren van workshops, bijeenkomsten en teamevents.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van projectmanagementproducten (o.a. Plan van Aanpak, risicolog).
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en processen binnen toegewezen projecten.


Job requirements

  • Je bent in het bezit van Prince2 Foundation en ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Je bent in het bezit van Professional Scrum Master I of Safe Agile Ervaring
  • Je hebt 4 Jaar aantoonbare ervaring als PMO binnen projecten/programma's

Wishes:

  • Ervaring met projectmanagementtools en rapportagetools Fortes Change Cloud en aantoonbaar gebruik hiervan in eerdere projecten.
  • Ervaring met SharePoint en MS Teams.
  • Door eerder opgedane ervaring als PMO ben je in staat om de gestelde werkprocessen van de organisatie snel eigen te maken.
  • Ervaring bij de rijksoverheid is een pre.
