In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de bouwsteen DataCenter Connectivity binnen het Defensie IT-netwerk (NAFIN). Je combineert strategisch inzicht met dagelijkse operationele aansturing en vertegenwoordigt de sectie Netwerken in technische gremia. Work
What will you do?
- Opstellen van technische inrichtings- en instandhoudingskaders voor de bouwsteen NDCC.
- Adviseren, ondersteunen en rapporteren over de technische aspecten van de bouwsteen.
- Uitvoeren van technische impactanalyses.
- Ontwikkelen van bouwstenen en/of componenten binnen de ICT-architecturen en -infrastructuren.
- Functioneel aansturen en coachen van Ontwerpers en Engineers.
- Vertegenwoordigen van de sectie Netwerken in technische en operationele gremia.
- Actief bijdragen aan lange termijn technologische ontwikkelingen voor NDCC.
Context and objective
- Onderdeel van de sectie Netwerken binnen de afdeling GIT & Infra van Defensie.
- Exploitatie van de Defensie Infrastructuur en levering van ICT-services.
- Focus op het NAFIN (Netherlands Armed Forces Integrated Network).
- Verantwoordelijk voor de bouwsteen Nafin DataCenter Connectivity (NDCC).
- Technische expertise inzetten om lange termijnontwikkelingen door te vertalen naar de praktijk.
- Samenwerking met Product Verantwoordelijken en collega Technisch Verantwoordelijken.
- Efficiënt en effectief invulling geven aan wensen en eisen van de klant.
- Borgen van kwaliteit en continuïteit binnen het Defensie IT-netwerk.
Job requirements
- 5 jaar werkervaring in een complexe IT omgeving met WAN en LAN netwerken (>5.000 eindgebruikers) en minimaal 2 jaar met het opstellen en ontwikkelen van inrichtings- en instandhoudingskaders o.b.v. architectuur en infra techniek.
- Je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO opleiding Informatica of technische richting en is in bezit van een diploma.
- 4 jaar werkervaring met het schrijven van architectuurdocumenten en het opstellen van functionele en technische ontwerpen.
- 4 jaar werkervaring met het vertalen van behoeftestellingen naar oplossingsrichtingen op basis van Architectuurkaders.
- 4 jaar werkervaring in het aansturen van technische multidisciplinaire teams van minimaal 5 teamleden.
Wishes
- Werkervaring als System Architect (system/ domein architect) en met het initiëren en beschrijven van complexe lifecycles van LAN, Internet, WIFI netwerken en routers/switches.
- Werkervaring met Business Process Management producten zoals bijvoorbeeld OpenText Cordys/Process Suite.
- Werkervaring op gebied van software automation en netwerk management.
- Werkervaring op het gebied van het onderhouden van contacten met functionele behoeftestellers, klantvertegenwoordigers en bestuursorganen.
- Kennis van en werkervaring met SCRUM methodieken en ITIL processen.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.

Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
