Voor onze opdrachtgever binnen Defensie zoeken wij een MSP-expert die de programmamanager en verandermanager ondersteunt bij twee strategische luchtvaartprogramma’s: SOF Air Rotary Wing en U&V MQ-9.

Je speelt een sleutelrol in het vertalen van MSP naar de Defensiepraktijk, waar kennisontwikkeling en uniformering centraal staan.

Een unieke kans om als MSP-specialist impact te maken binnen complexe, nationale programma’s.

What will you do?

  • Ondersteunen van de programmamanager en verandermanager binnen de programma’s SOF Air Rotary Wing en Uitbreiden & Versterken MQ-9 op het vlak van MSP-programmamanagement.
  • Adviseren over de toepassing van MSP binnen de bedrijfsvoering van Defensie.
  • Inhoudelijke ondersteuning en advies geven op verzoek van de programmamanager of verandermanager.
  • Analyseren van bestaande denkwijzen binnen de programma’s en helpen bij het creëren van een eenduidige aanpak.
  • Delen van kennis en expertise om MSP effectief te implementeren binnen Defensieprocessen.
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van programmamanagement binnen de directie Projecten van COMMIT.
  • Deze aanvraag betreft een verlenging.

Context and objective

  • De opdracht speelt binnen de directie Projecten van COMMIT (Defensie).
  • De programma’s SOF Air Rotary Wing en U&V MQ-9 fungeren als pilotprojecten voor het toepassen van MSP.
  • Er is een kennishiaat op het gebied van programmamanagement binnen de organisatie.
  • De opdracht richt zich op het ontwikkelen van een passende MSP-aanpak voor de Defensiecontext.
  • Verschillende stakeholders hanteren nu uiteenlopende denkwijzen over MSP, wat uniformering vereist.
  • De inhuurkracht brengt expertise in om deze pilot succesvol te begeleiden.
  • De rol vraagt om inzicht in Defensieprocessen én ervaring met MSP-toepassingen in complexe organisaties.
  • Doel: MSP effectief vertalen naar de praktijk van de Krijgsmacht en bijdragen aan structurele verbetering van programmamanagement.


Job requirements

  • Je bent een expert in MSP (zowel theoretisch als praktisch), met een bewezen track record. Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen defensie.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
