Voor de Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland in Den Haag zijn wij op zoek naar een Modelleur Blueriq.

Work

Wij zoeken een Blueriq programmeur die een prestatie neerzet. Die eigenstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt en de werkzaamheden structureert binnen de gegeven kaders. 

Binnen de directie IV, afdeling Bouwen, Testen & Functioneel beheer Kennisteam Bouwen is behoefte aan een Software modelleur voor 

projectwerkzaamheden in het kader van de doorontwikkeling van het Uitvoeringsplatform JZ.

Work includes:

  • Het vertalen van functionele specificaties naar de technische en functionele architectuur van het UPJZ Concept
  • Modelleren van de functionele bouwblokken
  • Testen van de technische werking van de gerealiseerde functionaliteiten

Verbijzondering van de werkzaamheden:

  • In afstemming met collega's vertalen van user stories naar de UP Architectuur
  • Modelleren van de bouwblokken op basis van de user stories
  • Afstemmen met collega-modelleurs
  • Testen van de ontwikkelde functionaliteit
  • Documenteren van gebouwde functionaliteiten

Job requirements

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het modelleren in regel gebaseerde (zaak) systemen (Blueriq versie 13 en hoger)
  • Je hebt ervaring met alle componenten van Blueriq 13+ (studio; ublisher, rule engine, DCM, etc.)
  • Je bent in het bezit van Blueriq certificaten: Business Modelling Foundation, Decision Management, Dynamic Case management, Business modelling Advanced
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het bouwen met Blueriq services
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met toepassing van de Blueriq Proces Engine
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met toepassing van aggregates
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Oracle Apex

Wishes:

  • Je hebt werkervaring in vergelijkbare functie in meerdere grote overheids- of dienstverlenende organisatie (pré)
  • Je hebt ervaring met het modelleren van complexe processen en vertalen van business wensen naar functionaliteit
  • Je hebt ervaring met het werken als product owner of scrum master
  • Je hebt ervaring in werken met Agile / Scrum
