Voor onze opdrachtgever, het Ministerie van Defensie, zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Analist. In deze opdracht speel je een centrale rol in de migratie van kritische en hoogbeveiligde IT-systemen naar de nieuwe GrIT-infrastructuur. Je zorgt voor overzicht, afstemming en borging binnen een complex speelveld van stakeholders. Een opdracht met directe impact op de operationele slagkracht van Defensie.

What will you do?

  • Coördineren van de migratie van IT-systemen van MULAN naar de nieuwe GrIT-infrastructuur
  • Zorgen voor overzicht, inzicht en structuur binnen meerdere parallelle migratietrajecten
  • Fungeren als operationeel aanspreekpunt tussen de GrIT/MKA-projectorganisatie en COC2–I&V
  • Inventariseren, beschrijven en borgen van processen rondom systeemmigraties
  • Opstellen en toepassen van uniforme templates en werkwijzen
  • Beheren en actualiseren van overzichten en documentatie, waaronder CMDB
  • Signaleren van knelpunten, issues en voortgangsrisico’s en hierop coördineren
  • Afstemmen met systeemmanagers, staande organisatie en MT
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, risico’s en status aan het MT van COC2–I&V

Context and objective

  • Defensie migreert haar IT-landschap naar de nieuwe GrIT-infrastructuur
  • De afdeling COC2 en Inlichtingen & Veiligheid werkt met (extra) beveiligde systemen
  • Het gaat om de migratie van circa 50+ kritische applicaties en systemen
  • Continuïteit van operatie bij KMar en veiligheidsdiensten is cruciaal
  • De migratie moet gecontroleerd, uniform en zo “pijnloos” mogelijk verlopen
  • Goede afstemming tussen business, IT en projectorganisatie is essentieel
  • De opdracht ondersteunt strategische IT-vernieuwing binnen Defensie
  • Werkzaamheden vinden plaats binnen JIVC COC2 & I&V IT

Job requirements

  • 2 jaar werkervaring met het gekozen eCF profiel of soortelijke functie.

Wishes

  • Meer dan 2 jaar werkervaring met de gevraagde functie binnen het eCF profiel.
  • Werkervaring binnen het ministerie van Defensie of een andere overheidsorganisatie.
  • Je hebt zes jaar ervaring met het vertalen van business analyses naar verifieerbare IT-oplossingen.
  • Werkervaring met JIVC-direct en MKA achtige migratie trajecten.
  • Werkervaring met ServiceNow

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
