What will you do?
- Ontwikkelen van low-code applicaties met het Mendix-platform binnen de Koninklijke Marechaussee (KMar).
- Zelfstandig bouwen van kleinere applicaties, met validatie van architectuur door een senior developer.
- Samen met senior developers werken aan grotere applicaties, eventueel binnen een team met andere ontwikkelaars.
- Begeleiden en adviseren van junior developers over ontwikkelpatronen.
- Toepassen van DevSecOps-principes, inclusief Security by Design en Privacy by Design.
- Integreren van API’s en incidenteel werken met high-code oplossingen (o.a. Java).
- Zorgen voor documentatie, compliance en beheer van eigen applicaties binnen een DevOps-team.
- Mogelijk reizen naar verschillende Defensielocaties, met Den Haag als standplaats.

- Innovatie is essentieel om in te spelen op technologische en juridische veranderingen binnen Defensie.
- Informatievoorziening moet leiden tot “informatiedominantie” voor Marechaussees in het veld.
- De ontwikkelde systemen dragen bij aan snellere, veiligere en beter geïnformeerde besluitvorming.
- Het werk vindt plaats in een complex IT-landschap waar samenwerking met partners belangrijk is.
- De IT-teams van Defensie werken volgens moderne DevOps-structuren met nadruk op veiligheid en duurzaamheid.
Job requirements
- Je hebt ervaring met het creatief ontwikkelen van applicaties en het kiezen van de geschikte technische opties; het rekening houden met andere ontwikkelingsactiviteiten; het optimaliseren van applicatieontwikkeling, -beheer en –prestaties door het gebruik van architectuur en het hergebruik van bewezen oplossingen.
- Je beheerst ten minste één software-integratieprotocol (zoals REST en/of SOAP en kan dit aantonen).
- Je hebt tenminste een afgeronde HBO-opleiding.
- Je hebt een afgeronde MX certified Advanced certificering.
- 2 jaar ervaring met de bouw van Mendix applicaties voor organisaties.
Wishes
- UX-ervaring in Mendix.
- Ervaring met ten minste één programmeertaal, zoals Java, Javascript, Python, C#, HTML of CSS.
- Ervaring met de CI/CD-methodieken van Mendix, en de onderliggende technologieën (zoals Docker).
- Ervaring met het werken binnen de centrale overheid, bij voorkeur in het veiligheidsdomein (Politie, NCTV, Justitie, Defensie, Rechtspraak, o.i.d.).
- Een afgeronde MX certified Expert certificering.
- Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in de richting IT.

- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.

Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
