Je werkt binnen multidisciplinaire DevSecOps-teams aan uiteenlopende applicaties die zowel operationele als ondersteunende processen versterken. What will you do?
- Ontwikkelen van low-code applicaties met het Mendix-platform binnen de Koninklijke Marechaussee.
- Zelfstandig bouwen van kleinere applicaties en samenwerken met senior developers aan grotere projecten.
- Adviseren van junior developers over ontwikkelpatronen en best practices.
- Integreren van API’s en koppelingen met andere systemen binnen het IT-landschap van Defensie.
- Werken binnen DevSecOps-teams, waarbij je software ontwikkelt, beheert en documenteert.
- Toepassen van Security by Design en Privacy by Design in elke fase van de ontwikkeling.
- Zorgen dat applicaties voldoen aan compliance- en documentatie-eisen voor directe ingebruikname.
- Reizen naar verschillende Defensie-locaties (standplaats Den Haag).
Context and objective
- Ondersteunen van de digitalisering binnen de Koninklijke Marechaussee door middel van low-code oplossingen.
- Werken in een hoog-beveiligde en complexe IT-omgeving waar DevSecOps de standaard is.
- Bijdragen aan zowel operationele als bedrijfsvoering applicaties die direct impact hebben op de organisatie.
- Combineren van low-code ontwikkeling met kennis van high-code (met name Java) voor systeemintegraties.
- Samenwerken in multidisciplinaire DevOps-teams met focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit.
- Groeien in technische kennis en teamleiderschap binnen een professionele overheidscontext.
- Zorgen voor onderhoudbare, goed gedocumenteerde software die voldoet aan Defensie-standaarden.
Job requirements
- Het creatief ontwikkelen van applicaties en het kiezen van de geschikte technische opties; het rekening houden met andere ontwikkelingsactiviteiten; het optimaliseren van applicatieontwikkeling, -beheer en –prestaties door het gebruik van architectuur en het hergebruik van bewezen oplossingen.
- In het bezit van een afgeronde HBO-opleiding.
- In het bezit van een MX certified Advanced gecertificeerd.
- Je beheerst tenminste één software-integratieprotocol zoals REST en/of SOAP en kan dit aantonen.
- Tussen de 2 en 5 jaar ervaring met de bouw van Mendix applicaties voor organisaties.
Wishes
- UX-ervaring in Mendix.
- Ervaring met tenminste één programmeertaal, zoals Java, Javascript, Python, C#, HTML of CSS.
- Ervaring met de CI/CD methodieken van Mendix, en de onderliggende technologieën (zoals Docker).
- Ervaring met het werken binnen de centrale overheid, bij voorkeur in het veiligheidsdomein (Politie, NCTV, Justitie, Defensie, Rechtspraak, o.i.d.).
- In het bezit van een MX certified expert certificering.
- In het bezit van een HBO-opleiding in de richting IT.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
