What will you do?
- Bouwen van low-code applicaties met het Mendix-platform voor Defensie (Luchtmacht).
- Zelfstandig ontwikkelen van kleinere applicaties, inclusief ontwerp en architectuurvalidatie met een senior.
- Samenwerken met een team aan grotere applicaties bestaande uit junioren, medioren en senioren.
- Begeleiden van junior developers in ontwikkelpatronen.
- Werken volgens DevSecOps en “Security/Privacy by Design”-principes.
- Integreren van API’s en incidenteel toepassen van high-code (zoals Java).
- Meewerken aan beheer, documentatie en compliance van de gebouwde applicaties.
- Incidenteel reizen naar andere Defensie-locaties, inclusief vliegbases.
- Samenwerken in een DevOps-team binnen de softwarefactory met diverse technologieën (Cloud, SharePoint, RPA, High code).
Context and objective
- Onderdeel van de transitie naar een informatiegestuurde Luchtmachtorganisatie.
- Bijdragen aan digitale informatievoorziening ter ondersteuning van operationele inzet.
- Realisatie van kleine tot middelgrote toepassingen voor verschillende niveaus binnen de Luchtmacht.
- Verbetering van processen door digitalisering en informatie-uitwisseling.
- Werken aan applicaties in zowel hoog- als laaggerubriceerde omgevingen.
- Ondersteuning van moderne wapensystemen met datagedreven oplossingen.
- Samenwerking binnen een multidisciplinair team in een complexe IT-omgeving.
- Verhoging van de wendbaarheid, effectiviteit en veiligheid van Defensie door softwareontwikkeling.
Job requirements
- Je bent in staat de verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor eigen acties en die van developers in het team om te garanderen dat de applicatie op een correcte effectieve en efficiënte manier is opgebouwd en past binnen de kaders van de omgeving en voldoet aan behoeften van gebruikers / klanten.
- Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding.
- Je beschikt over een afgeronde Mendix Certified Intermediate certificering.
- Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift op B1 niveau.
- 2 jaar ervaring met de bouw van Mendix applicaties voor organisaties.
Wishes
- Je beheerst één software-integratieprotocol zoals JSON, XML en SOAP.
- Ervaring met tenminste één programmeertaal, zoals Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, HTML of CSS.
- Ervaring met de CI/CD methodieken van Mendix, en de onderliggende technologieën (zoals Docker).
- Een afgeronde MX certified Advanced certificering.
- Ervaring met het werken binnen de (centrale) overheid.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
