Help opdrachtgever de HR- en salarisadministratie naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Je combineert jouw AFAS-kennis met hands-on HR-ondersteuning, zodat processen soepel lopen en collega’s snel verder kunnen. In deze opdracht werk je nauw samen met HR-adviseurs en recruitment, los je ad-hoc vragen op en zorg je dat de maandelijkse payroll klopt. Ideaal voor een specialist die graag dicht op de operatie zit en zichtbaar resultaat levert.

Work

  • Verwerken en controleren van salarismutaties en zorgen voor tijdige en correcte uitbetaling.
  • Verzamelen, interpreteren en verwerken van personele mutaties zoals verlengingen, functiewijzigingen en urenaanpassingen.
  • Ondersteunen van HR-processen zoals werving & selectie, onboarding, opleidingen en verzuim.
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve recruitmenttaken zoals vacatureplaatsing, behandeling van open sollicitaties en kandidaatcommunicatie.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van het inwerkprogramma en interne opleidingen.

Context and objective

  • AFAS is recent ingericht; processen staan, maar vragen en issues vragen snelle opvolging.
  • Doel: stabiliseren en optimaliseren van HR- en payrollprocessen in AFAS.
  • Samenwerken met HR-adviseurs en recruiter voor een soepele operationele HR-keten.



Job requirements

  • Aantoonbare en recente AFAS-ervaring (3–5 jaar).
  • Ervaring met salarisadministratie.
  • Ervaring met HR-processen.
  • Nauwkeurig werken en sterke controle op mutaties en payroll.
  • Flexibel en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Zelfstandig en proactief.

Wishes

  • Ervaring binnen een gemeente of (semi-)overheid.
  • Ervaring met verschillende AFAS-inrichtingen/versies.
  • Ervaring met administratieve ondersteuning van werving & selectie.
