Wil jij als procesanalist direct impact maken op dataverzameling en -verwerking binnen het Bedrijveninformatienet (BIN)? Onze opdrachtgever zoekt een ervaren professional die het huidige werkproces in kaart brengt, verbetert en voorbereidt op de migratie naar een nieuw systeem. Je werkt nauw samen met teams in het veld en centraal, focust op concrete verbeteringen die meteen waarde leveren en legt tegelijk de basis voor het toekomstige doelsysteem.

Work

  • Process mapping van BIN Land- en Tuinbouw (MVO-variant) en Bosbouw.
  • Verspillingen en bottlenecks identificeren en onderbouwen.
  • Quick wins formuleren en implementatie voorbereiden binnen huidig systeem (Artis).
  • Aanbevelingen opstellen voor het nieuwe systeem en werkproces (input voor Adagio).
  • Interviews en workshops organiseren met medewerkers en stakeholders.
  • Resultaten rapporteren en bespreken met projectleiding en stuurgroep.
  • Optioneel: vervolgondersteuning tijdens realisatie en migratie.

Context and objective

  • BIN migreert van Artis naar een nieuw vastleggings- en verwerkingssysteem.
  • Door FADN→FSDN komen ~300 extra bedrijven in eigen beheer; extern inkopen vervalt.
  • Doel: kortere doorlooptijd, minder fouten, uniformere werkwijze en hogere tevredenheid.
  • Focus op MVO-variant (grootste efficiëntiewinst) en Bosbouw; visserij valt buiten scope.
  • Planning: jan–apr 2026 (process mapping & quick wins) en apr–jun 2026 (aanbevelingen nieuw systeem).


Job requirements

  • 3–5 jaar ervaring met procesanalyse en -optimalisatie in complexe organisaties.
  • Aantoonbare kennis van LEAN en Six Sigma.
  • Ervaring met procesmapping (bijv. BPMN of Value Stream Mapping).
  • Ervaring met datagedreven verbeteringen: bottleneckanalyse, root cause, KPI’s.
  • Ervaring met grote administratieve processen.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden; snel structureren en prioriteren.
  • Ervaring met interviews en het begeleiden van workshops.
  • Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie.

Wishes

  • Green Belt certificering.
  • Ervaring met migraties of transities naar nieuwe IT-systemen.
  • Helikopterview en vermogen om centrale en decentrale processen te verbinden.
  • Pragmatische, onafhankelijke werkstijl met focus op uitvoerbare verbeteringen.
