You are a medior educationalist or training consultant with a hands-on mentality. You are able to cooperate with technical content experts and translate their knowledge into learning interventions for the purpose of an education, training, e-learning or workshop. These learning interventions should be part of an overall learning path, enabling our target group to follow an effective development path. Within this position, you will strengthen the SWITCH project, which focuses on recruiting, training and retaining a specific technical target group with an HBO/WO profile at the client. The project reports within Learning & Development, but also has other connections within the organisation. You will work on the instructions of the SWITCH project leader.

Key core tasks here are:

• Developing learning interventions and learning materials for the learning and development paths of the target group
• Organising working sessions with the content experts on developing the (blended) learning interventions.
