For our client Rijksdienst voor het Cultureel Erfgoed (RCE), we are looking for a Junior Solution Consultant to join the Digital Processes team. In this role, you will actively participate in the further development of Proza, the RCE's BPM/case and content management system. You will support the Productowner and Project Manager in designing, configuring and implementing new functionalities and supervise the go-live and after-care. Prose is in full development and plays a crucial role in registering find reports, licensing, monument registration and subsidy schemes. An ideal opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to the digitisation of the Netherlands' cultural heritage.

Work
- Support the Productowner and Project Manager in the further development of the case system and DMS.
- Prepare functional designs and contribute to configuration, implementation and further development of Proza.
- Participate in go-live supervision and follow-up of new functionalities and process improvements.
- Analysing and modelling digital processes within the RCE.
- Working within a Scrum team on continuous improvement of the BPM/case and content management system.
- Support the optimisation of the content management system (Opentext Suite 16 / Content Server).
- Contribute to the integration of Proza with customer portal, basic administrations and the DSO (Environment Act), among others.
- Facilitate expansion of Proza with new processes and department-wide implementations.
Job requirements
- You have a completed HBO/WO education;
- You have an AppWorks Platform certification;
- You have at least 3 years' experience in:
- AppWorks and similar low-code environments;
- Digitisation and implementation of Primary Processes;
- Business Analysis related to translation of Primary Processes.
