Gewenst Profiel

As a developer, the intended candidate will work closely with teammates on a daily basis in one large DevOps team. This work will partly take place at home, but also largely at the office. In addition, the candidate will coordinate directly with end users himself, demonstrate own work to teammates and guests, take turns acting as scrum master and occasionally co-write technical documentation.

In the IT world, developments follow each other in rapid succession. An inquisitive basic attitude is therefore very important. To start with, this is expressed in the willingness to learn from team members every day. The candidate will also brush up his/her own knowledge independently via the Internet and training. The candidate independently follows relevant developments in the field and shares the knowledge and experience gained with team members.

As a basis for this, the candidate has an academic working and thinking level and a completed IT education, for example in computer science. In addition, the candidate already has some professional experience with Python, with Agile/Scrum as working method and preferably also experience with components from the specific software stack for this assignment. ICTU works for the Dutch government. Given the nature of the assignment portfolio, social commitment is important. Also serious are compliance requirements that come with good and modern public services from the government to citizens and businesses.
