Ben jij servicegericht en heb je passie voor IT? Bij Wageningen University & Research krijg je de kans om dagelijks collega’s en studenten te ondersteunen met hun ICT-vragen. Je werkt in een professioneel team dat samenwerkt aan innovatieve projecten én zorgt voor betrouwbare IT-diensten. Een rol waarin je jezelf kunt ontwikkelen en écht het verschil maakt voor de gebruikers.

Alleen uit te voeren op detacheringbasis.

Work

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en studenten met ICT-vragen, incidenten en verzoeken (1e lijn).
  • Registreren, analyseren en (waar mogelijk) zelfstandig oplossen van incidenten.
  • Doorzetten van niet-opgeloste meldingen naar 2e lijn IT.
  • Uitvoeren en verwerken van wijzigings- en applicatieverzoeken.
  • Operationeel beheer van accounts (AD, File & Print, Mail).
  • Verzorgen van klantcommunicatie en bijwerken interne documentatie.
  • Meewerken aan projecten, bijvoorbeeld bij introductie van nieuwe diensten.
  • Flexibele inzet, ook op onregelmatige werktijden.

Context and objective

  • Onderdeel van FB-IT bij Wageningen University & Research, een internationale kennisinstelling.
  • Doel: eindgebruikers snel en adequaat ondersteunen zodat onderwijs en onderzoek optimaal doorgang vinden.
  • Werken in een team dat naast servicedesk ook betrokken is bij innovatieprojecten (o.a. virtuele werkplek, HPC, Big Data).
  • Flexibele werkplek: deels op campus, deels thuiswerken na inwerkperiode.


Job requirements

  • Opleiding MBO + en ervaring of HBO/ICT;
  • Kennis van ITIL;
  • Inzicht in de (primaire) processen van de klant;
  • Communicatief vaardig
  • In staat zijn informatie te ordenen;
  • In staat zijn om accuraat en nauwkeurig te werken;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk).
