Wij zijn voor onze opdrachtgever op zoek naar een IT Projectmanager die een sleutelrol speelt in de realisatie van complexe projecten binnen Defensie. Je krijgt de kans om impact te maken door de omslag naar Agile (SAFe) te begeleiden en projectteams te sturen volgens Prince II. Met jouw strategisch inzicht verbind je stakeholders, borg je resultaten en draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van de IT-infrastructuur voor zowel kazerne als missiedomein. Een uitdagende opdracht waarin jouw expertise direct bijdraagt aan de intell-keten van de toekomst.

What will you do?

  • Leiden en besturen van projecten volgens Prince II, inclusief alle fasen van initiatie tot nazorg.
  • Opstellen en realiseren van (meerjaren)projectplannen en begrotingen.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van projectteams.
  • Toepassen van Agile werken (SAFe) binnen het voortbrengingsproces.
  • Analyseren van context, markten en stakeholders om projectdoelstellingen te definiëren.
  • Onderhandelen met leveranciers en creëren van draagvlak bij interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van integrale projectplannen en risicomanagement.
  • Begeleiden van audits en risicoanalyses.
  • Afronden en borgen van projectresultaten binnen de bestaande organisatie.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van netwerken op tactisch en strategisch niveau, binnen én buiten Defensie.

  • Omslag naar Agile werken (SAFe) in het voortbrengingsproces.
  • Creëren van samenhang tussen bestaande projecten, processen, mensen en middelen.
  • Borging van resultaten en duurzame inbedding in de beheerorganisatie.
  • Belangenafweging en samenwerking met uiteenlopende stakeholders en leveranciers.
  • Focus op risicobeheersing en kwaliteit door audits en analyses.
  • Verbinding tussen statische (kazerne) en ontplooide (missie/oefening) IT-domeinen.
  • Bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van de intell-keten binnen Defensie.

Job requirements

  • 5 jaar recente werkervaring (< 5 jaar geleden) als Projectleider in de uitvoering van IT projecten met nadruk op IT infrastructuur op het gebied van (technische aspecten van) netwerken en koppelingen.
  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding (diploma) richting IT.
  • 1 jaar werkervaring met de tooling Azure DevOps & Confluence.
  • 1 jaar werkervaring met Jira.
  • 3 jaar werkervaring (< 5 jaar geleden) met het aansturen van projectteams van technische aard met een Agile werkwijze (SAFe & Scrum).

  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  • Je beschikt over organisatietalent en het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je beschikt over probleemoplossend vermogen en besluitvaardigheid.
  • Je beschikt over een coachende en faciliterende houding.
  • Je beschikt over het vermogen om te werken onder druk en met verschillende belangen/stakeholders.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires an A-screening process with an average duration of 10-12 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
