Work
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior IT Project Manager (2FTE) who is enthusiastic, reliable and decisive. You will manage strategic technology projects within the IT Technology domain, aiming for a successful GO-live and transfer to management. You have excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, are a team player and know how to set priorities. Furthermore, you use a structured project approach and work intensively with business, architecture, security and other internal departments.
The ideal candidate is self-starting, motivated and able to manage projects independently.
Projects for which you will be responsible:
- Implementation of a workplace reservation tool.
- Implementation of hosted desktops for two new personas.
- Implementation of segregation of duties (SAP GRC) within the Commerce, Supply Chain and Finance domains.
- Implementation of a solution to control the growth of the S4/HANA financial table (ACDOCA).
Your responsibilities
As Project Manager, you are part of the IT Technology department and report to the Steerco and Portfolio Manager. You are responsible for the execution of projects within the agreed frameworks of time, quality, deliverables and cost.
Job requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience as a Project Manager and demonstrable experience with complex IT projects > €1 million.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- Hybrid deployment: approx. 60% in office, 40% remote.
- You are a full-fledged sparring partner for both business and technology stakeholders.
- You can structure and prioritise business needs, but are also pragmatic and results-oriented.
- You are a self-starter who can quickly structure a new environment.
- You know how to achieve results in a not fully mature business environment.
- You have excellent stakeholder management, coordination and communication skills.
- You are able to process new information quickly.
- You anticipate risks, manage dependencies and deliver projects on time.
- You will work according to the Prince II documentation and stage gate approach within our framework.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, with all documentation in English.
