For our client in the Amsterdam region, we are looking for an HRIS Transformation Manager

That is why the HRS Transformation Programme was launched, aiming to future-proof our HR organisation and systems - both at international headquarters and in the country organisations.

We are currently in the “Discovery Phase”, where the scope and priorities are being established. The processes and systems touch multiple stakeholders: HR, department managers, Finance, Stores and other parts of the organisation.

We are looking for an experienced senior IT Programme Manager who is reliable, results-oriented and decisive. Someone who has seen all facets of the business, is able to manage the coherent delivery of all technology activities and leads the full technology programme team. In doing so, you will build strong relationships with the business and subject matter experts.

As Programme Manager, you are part of the Technology department and report to the Head of Business-Technology HR and the Technology Portfolio Manager HR. You are responsible for the design and execution of the HRS Transformation Programme (Technology), within the agreed time, quality, deliverables and costs.


Job requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in IT project and programme management, including complex IT projects > €2 million
  • Demonstrable experience in a high-growth retail environment
  • Experience in delivering complex technology solutions within large-scale HRIS/HRS transformation programmes
  • Experience with international or multicountry implementations.
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels (incl. C-level)
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
  • Hybrid deployment: 60% on site, 40% remote
  • Self-starter, pragmatic, quickly up-and-running in a new environment
  • Knowledge of HR processes and system integrations
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (Core HR and Payroll), UKG or other cloud-based HR systems
  • Familiarity with the way our organisation works
