Voor een opdrachtgever in de omgeving Arnhem zoeken we een ervaren Interim ISO Officer die het certificeringstraject richting ISO 27001 afrondt en de organisatie audit-ready maakt. De basis ligt er al (groot deel is uitgewerkt), maar door het wegvallen van interne capaciteit is nu een professional nodig die structuur aanbrengt, de laatste open punten sluit en de auditvoorbereiding strak regisseert. Je werkt doelgericht, hands-on en levert zichtbaar resultaat binnen een afgebakende periode.

Work

  • Reviewen en aanscherpen van het bestaande ISO 27001 managementsysteem.
  • Completeren en actualiseren van compliance- en beleidsdocumentatie.
  • Controleren op consistentie tussen processen, verantwoordelijkheden, registers en bewijsvoering (evidence).
  • Voorbereiden en (mede) begeleiden van interne audit en management review.
  • Ondersteunen in de voorbereiding richting externe audit/certificering.
  • Actualiseren/uitvoeren van risicoanalyse en vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Structuur aanbrengen in planning, acties en deliverables.
  • Voorbereiden van fase 2 richting ISO 18295.


Context and objective

  • Tijdelijke opdracht om een vrijwel ingericht traject naar ISO 27001 certificering succesvol af te ronden.
  • Extra capaciteit nodig door vertrek van interne medewerker; focus op afronding en borging.
  • Doel: organisatie audit-ready maken met complete, consistente documentatie en aantoonbare evidence.
  • Werken binnen bestaande werkwijze/templates in Advisera en het traject strak regisseren tot aan auditmoment.

Job requirements

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met ISO 27001 implementatie/afronding en auditvoorbereiding.
  • Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk: in staat om het traject te trekken en stakeholders te managen.
  • Gestructureerd en pragmatisch werken met oog voor detail én voortgang.
  • Snel beschikbaar / korte termijn inzetbaar.

Wishes:

  • Ervaring met Advisera (tooling, templates en aanpak).
  • Ervaring in een contactcenter/callcenter omgeving.
  • Kennis/ervaring met ISO 18295 (fase 2 / later in traject).
