Work
What will you do:
You supervise the entire process of innovation, from idea to shop floor. You are project leader of the innovation project, working with a detailed project planning and ensuring that everyone does their steps in a timely manner. You are the linking pin between the innovation team, the rest of the organisation and the product development teams at our suppliers . In doing so, you provide everyone with the right information on time and keep our commercial principles in mind at all times.
Job requirements
- Experience with detailed project planning: Coordinate and implement new product developments.
- Experience in developing and marketing new products
- Experience in leading projects (focused on product innovation in cosmetics or food) and knowledge of Retail
- You have a completed HBO or WO education (or equivalent), and at least 6 years of work experience in Product management, Innovation management or another relevant position
- You are highly experienced with the following competences: planning and organising, creative, commercial, analytical, accuracy
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language; sufficient command of the English language
- You are available for a minimum of 28 preferably 40 hours per week, starting around 5 January 2025
