Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Informatiemanager Projecten & Programma’s die de informatiehuishouding binnen complexe projecten naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je zorgt voor structuur, kwaliteit en consistentie in informatiestromen en adviseert het management over verbeteringen. Dankzij jouw regie en scherpe analyses wordt de organisatie beter in staat om projecten effectief te sturen en te verantwoorden.

What will you do?

  • Voeren van de regie over informatiemanagement binnen projecten en programma’s.
  • Professionaliseringsslag maken in de informatiehuishouding volgens nieuwe standaarden.
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van senior management bij het opstellen en afstemmen van informatiebehoeften.
  • Organiseren en leiden van Intensieve Analyses (IA’s) om projectinformatie te actualiseren.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit bij het gebruik van methoden, technieken en processen.

Context and objective

  • De opdracht richt zich op het versterken van P3M-werkzaamheden binnen de organisatie.
  • Belangrijk is het inrichten en optimaliseren van informatiestromen tussen projecten en programma’s.
  • De rol vraagt om structuur en consistentie te brengen in de informatiehuishouding.
  • Je werkt in een complex stakeholderveld met uiteenlopende belangen.
  • De focus ligt op standaardisatie, transparantie en kwaliteit binnen informatiemanagement.
  • De resultaten dragen bij aan een professioneel volwassen project- en programmabeheer.

Job requirements

  • Het managen van complexe project en/of programma's, inclusief de interactie met andere projecten en/of programma's, het beïnvloeden van de project / programma strategie op basis van nieuwe of alternatieve oplossingen waarbij de balans blijft tussen effectiviteit en efficiency, het herzien van regels en het kiezen standaarden, het nemen van de volledige verantwoordelijk voor de project / programma resultaten inclusief budget en resource management en het werken voorbij begrenzing van het project.
  • Afgeronde Universitaire opleiding Bedrijfskunde.
  • Je beschikt over een SAFe certificaat en of Lean Portfoliomanagement certificaat.
  • 3 jaar ervaring met (strategisch) portfoliomanagement.
  • 3 jaar ervaring met werken in een complexe en (bureau)politiek-gedreven grote organisatie.
  • 3 jaar ervaring met organisatieveranderingsprocessen, specifiek de veranderkundige kant van implementatie en verbeteringen van Portfoliomanagement bij publieke organisaties en aantoonbaar sterke organisatie vaardigheden.
  • 3 jaar ervaring met het leiden van een projectteam.

Wishes

  • Communicatief sterk, sterkte interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en heeft het vermogen om communicatie en samenwerking tussen leiderschap en het team te borgen.
  • kennis en ervaring met PPM tooling.
  • Je promoot en toont kernprincipes van samenwerking, reflectie, prioriteiten stellen, teamaansprakelijkheid en zichtbaarheid.
  • Je bent analytisch, creatief, pro-actief, uitkomst gedreven en heeft klantgerichte houding.
  • 3 jaar ervaring met (strategisch) portfoliomanagement binnen Defensie.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
