Wil jij bijdragen aan de digitale slagkracht van Defensie? In deze strategische rol werk je aan het verbeteren van de informatievoorziening voor OSINT-processen binnen het domein Inlichtingen & Veiligheid. Je vertaalt gebruikersbehoeften naar concrete IT-oplossingen, ontwikkelt projectvoorstellen en draagt bij aan de transitie naar Agile werken. Een impactvolle opdracht binnen een dynamische en gevoelige omgeving.

Work

What will you do?

  • Analyseren van IV- en ICT-behoeftes binnen het domein OSINT.
  • Gebruikersbehoeftes ophalen en vertalen naar concrete IT-oplossingen.
  • Opstellen en begeleiden van projectvoorstellen en projectkaarten.
  • Bijdragen aan roadmaps en verbetervoorstellen formuleren.
  • Adviseren tijdens realisatie- en implementatiefases van projecten.
  • Organiseren en leiden van bijeenkomsten voor informatievergaring.
  • Stakeholdermanagement binnen diverse Defensieonderdelen (OPCO’s).
  • Kennisdeling binnen het vakgebied informatiemanagement.
  • Coaching en ondersteuning van medior en junior collega’s.
  • Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire (DevOps) teams binnen Agile-werkwijzen.

Context and objective

  • Werken binnen het subdomein Inlichtingen van de afdeling COC2/I&V van JIVC.
  • Verbeteren van de IT-ondersteuning voor OSINT-processen binnen Defensie.
  • Verduidelijken en vertalen van klantbehoeftes naar conforme IT-oplossingen binnen enterprise architectuur.
  • Ondersteunen van verandertrajecten richting Agile/Scrum-werkwijzen.
  • Samenhang brengen in de informatievoorziening binnen Inlichtingen & Veiligheid.
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen business en IT binnen gevoelige en complexe omgevingen.
  • Professionaliseren van het informatiemanagement binnen de organisatie.
  • Werken aan aanpassing van bestaande IT-systemen of ontwikkeling van nieuwe oplossingen.


Job requirements

  • 3 jaar werkervaring als informatiemanager binnen een IT omgeving op senior niveau.
  • Je hebt een HBO-diploma of meerjarige werkervaring (HBO niveau) binnen het gebied van informatiemanagement.
  • 2 jaar werkervaring met Prince2 en SAFe.
  • 3 jaar werkervaring Senior Informatiemanager (HBO-niveau).
  • 3 jaar werkervaring met het komen tot en opstellen van projectvoorstellen.
  • 3 jaar werkervaring met opdrachtgeverschap; Dit kan zowel in de rol als opdrachtgever of werkend voor een opdrachtgever zijn.

Wishes

  • 1 jaar werkervaring met OSINT IT systemen, oplossingen en processen.
  • 3 jaar werkervaring met het begeleiden en coachen van junior en medior informatiemanagers.
  • 1 jaar werkervaring met de Defensie organisatie.
  • 1 jaar werkervaring met Project- en portfoliomanagement en met een gecombineerde omgeving van Prince2, waterval-methode en Safe-methode.
  • Je beschikt over ArchiMate-kennis.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires an A-screening process with an average duration of 10-12 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
