Wij zijn voor onze opdrachtgever op zoek naar een IAM Specialist die een sleutelrol speelt in het professionaliseren van het autorisatiebeheer binnen Defensie. Door technologische en regelgevende ontwikkelingen is Identity & Access Management belangrijker dan ooit, en jij helpt bij het vertalen van deze uitdagingen naar heldere kaders en praktische oplossingen. Je werkt aan de implementatie van het Defensie rollenmodel (RBAC/ABAC) en zorgt voor een veilig en toekomstbestendig autorisatiebeheer. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan de beveiliging en continuïteit van een van de belangrijkste organisaties in Nederland.

Work

What will you do?

  • Opstellen van normen en kaders voor het gebruik van Identity & Access Management (IAM) binnen de Bestuursstaf.
  • Doorvoeren van wijzigingen in autorisaties, rollen, IAM-middelen en processen naar aanleiding van veranderingen in organisatie of IV-omgeving.
  • Adviseren van directies binnen de Bestuursstaf over IAM-vraagstukken.
  • Implementeren en coördineren van het Defensie rollenmodel (huidig RBAC, later ook ABAC).
  • Periodiek overleg voeren met HR vanwege de afhankelijkheid van bronadministratie.
  • Uitvoeren van overige IV/IT-beheerwerkzaamheden.

Context and objective

  • Identity & Access Management is binnen Defensie steeds belangrijker geworden door technologische en regelgevende ontwikkelingen.
  • De Bestuursstaf wil autorisatiebeheer professionaliseren en baseren op het Defensie rollenmodel (RBAC/ABAC).
  • Er moet intensiever gebruik worden gemaakt van beschikbare IAM-tooling.
  • De CIO van Defensie is verantwoordelijk voor IAM en verstrekt opdrachten in nauwe samenwerking met CDS.
  • De Bestuursstaf moet IAM inrichten volgens de centrale Defensie-normen en richtlijnen.
  • IAM moet worden afgestemd met HR-processen en bronadministratie.
  • Doel is een uniform, veilig en toekomstbestendig autorisatiebeheer.


Job requirements

  • Ervaring met Identity Access Management (IAM) processen en systemen.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau .
  • You have a command of the Dutch and English language both verbally and in writing (Level B2).

Wishes

  • Kennis van IT-architectuurprincipes.
  • Kennis van privacyregelgeving (AVG, WPG) en informatiebeveiliging.
  • Werkervaring bij defensie in dit werkgebied.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
