In deze opdracht vertaal je complexe business- en compliance-eisen naar heldere ontwerpen voor identity, authenticatie en autorisatie. Je werkt mee aan veilige en toekomstbestendige oplossingen rondom Identiteitsmanagement en Smartcard/Certificate Services. Daarbij ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen stakeholders, architectuur en implementatie. Een uitdagende rol met veel impact op de digitale veiligheid van Defensie.

Work
What will you do?
- Vertalen van business- en compliance-eisen rondom identiteit, authenticatie en autorisatie naar functionele eisen en ontwerpen
- Opstellen van heldere functionele ontwerpen en (inrichtings)documentatie voor digitale identiteiten
- Doorvertalen van functioneel ontwerp naar technisch ontwerp (en vice versa) en bewaken dat dit klopt binnen de kaders/architectuur
- Uitvoeren en controleren van impactanalyses en risicoanalyses op samenhang tussen ICT-bouwstenen
- Adviseren richting IT-leverancier/technisch verantwoordelijken op basis van analyses en ontwerpen
- Voorbereiden, monitoren en begeleiden van implementaties en acceptatie van ICT-componenten conform specificaties en normen
- Opstellen en (laten) uitvoeren van testscenario’s en testrapportages, inclusief advies op basis van resultaten
- Afstemmen met klanten/gebruikers en andere teams, en coördineren van keten-/unit-overstijgende samenhang tussen componenten
- Analyseren en oplossen van verstoringen (derdelijns), initiatieven nemen voor structurele oplossingen en doorvoeren van modificaties
- Onderzoek en optimalisatie uitvoeren op ICT-bouwstenen en richtlijnen/adviezen geven over het gebruik ervan
- Begeleiden en coachen van (andere) ontwerpers op vakinhoud
Context and objective
- Je werkt aan digitale identiteiten binnen Defensie, met focus op Identiteitsmanagement en Smartcard & Certificate Services
- Doel: veilige, gebruiksvriendelijke en toekomstbestendige oplossingen realiseren voor identity & access
- Je levert ontwerpen en adviezen die passen binnen complexe architectuur en kaders
- Je borgt vertrouwelijkheid, integriteit en beschikbaarheid van Defensie-data en ketenpartners
- Je werkt binnen JIVC/COMMIT, waar betrouwbare en beveiligde IV/ICT-diensten centraal staan
- De opdracht combineert analyse/ontwerp met implementatiebegeleiding, testen en operationele ondersteuning
- Samenwerking en afstemming met meerdere stakeholders/teams is essentieel om verwachtingen en ketenimpact te managen
- Inzet is hybride mogelijk (na inwerkperiode max. 50% op locatie)
Job requirements
- Organiseren en ondersteunen van strategische besluiten van de organisaties, het helpen van organisaties om nieuwe ICT oplossingen te bedenken, het bevorderen van partnerschappen en het creeren van waarde proposities.
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau
- 3 jaar ervaring als Senior Functioneel Ontwerper
- 3 jaar ervaring met complexe infrastructuren op het gebied van ICT dienstverlening
Wishes:
- 3 jaar ervaring als Sr Ontwerper ICT in Digitale Identiteiten
- 3 jaar ervaring als Sr Ontwerper ICT in een organisatie met meer dan 1000 medewerkers
- Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding op het gebied van Informatica, Informatiebeveiliging of Service Management
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
