Voor onze opdrachtgever DUO, onderdeel van het Ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap, zijn wij op zoek naar een Enterprise (Business) Architect. In deze opdracht speel je een sleutelrol in de doorontwikkeling van het applicatielandschap rondom bekostiging. Je brengt samenhang aan tussen business en IT, bewaakt de architecturale koers en zorgt ervoor dat strategische doelstellingen worden vertaald naar duurzame en toekomstbestendige oplossingen binnen een complexe overheidsomgeving.

Work

Als Enterprise (Business) Architect ben je actief binnen het CIO Office van DUO en vervul je een verbindende rol tussen business, informatievoorziening en techniek. Je werkt aan het programma Doorontwikkelen Applicatielandschap Bekostiging (DAB) en zorgt voor samenhang binnen dit landschap én met het bredere DUO-landschap. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Aanbrengen van samenhang tussen bedrijfsprocessen en het applicatielandschap, inclusief integratie met andere DUO-domeinen.
  • Vertalen van businessdoelstellingen naar heldere architectuurkeuzes en richtinggevende kaders.
  • Meedenken op hoog niveau over oplossingen vanuit meerdere perspectieven, zoals business, applicaties, integratie, data, techniek, security en compliance.
  • Bewaken van de architectuurafspraken en de koers van het programma.
  • Samenwerken met analisten, technisch architecten, product owners en programmamanagement.
  • Optreden als sparringpartner en verbindende schakel tussen verschillende belangen, disciplines en stakeholders.
  • Ondersteunen bij besluitvorming door het inzichtelijk maken van impact en consequenties van architectuurkeuzes.

In deze rol combineer je strategisch inzicht met pragmatisme en zorg je voor draagvlak en richting binnen een dynamische organisatie.

Job requirements

  • Je beschikt over WO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt ervaring met TOGAF, Archimate en ervaring met Architectuur tools (Sparx);
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in soortgelijke organisaties en (verander)programma's.
