Work
What will you do?
- Richting geven aan de verduurzaming van het IT-landschap binnen het domein Inlichtingen & Veiligheid (IenV).
- Coördineren van afstemming tussen technische disciplines en organisatieonderdelen.
- (Mede) opstellen en realiseren van een (aspect)architectuur voor het IenV-domein, inclusief inzicht in het applicatielandschap.
- Meewerken aan de initiatie van projecten en sturen op architectuurprincipes gedurende de uitvoering.
- Ondersteunen van Defensieonderdelen en JIVC-productieafdelingen op architectuurgebied.
- Signaleren van technologische ontwikkelingen en vertalen naar toepasbare oplossingen.
- Adviseren over de praktische toepassing van Enterprise-architectuur binnen Defensie.
Context and objective
- De opdracht vindt plaats binnen JIVC Architectuur, onderdeel van Defensie.
- Focus op het domein Inlichtingen & Veiligheid (IenV).
- Doel: verduurzamen en toekomstbestendig maken van het IT-landschap.
- Verbeteren van IT-dienstverlening en samenwerking tussen technische disciplines.
- Realiseren van een heldere, toepasbare architectuur die richting geeft aan projecten.
- Ondersteunen van de organisatie bij strategische en operationele IT-beslissingen.
- Borgen van consistentie en voortgang op architectuurgebied binnen lopende trajecten.
Job requirements
- Ervaring met het handelen met een brede verantwoordingsplicht om de strategie te definiëren zodat ICT technologie overeenkomst de behoeften van de organisatie geïmplementeerd wordt, rekening houdend met de huidige ICT platformen, legacy en de laatste innovatie ontwikkelingen.
- Je hebt minimaal een HBO diploma.
- 4 jaar ervaring (opgedaan in de afgelopen 6 jaar) als IT architect.
- 4 jaar ervaring (opgedaan in de afgelopen 6 jaar) met het werken onder architectuur.
Wishes
- Beschikt over de certificeringen CISSP (Certified Information Security Professional) of CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- Opleidingen gevolgd via de Nederlandse Defensie Academie (NLDA).
- Ervaring met en kennis van NATO Intelligence Doctrine & JISR (Joint Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance)
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
