What will you do?
- Opzetten van test-, acceptatie- en productieomgevingen voor een container-based applicatie.
- Inrichten en onderhouden van CI/CD-pipelines voor geautomatiseerd testen, valideren en deployen.
- Ontwikkelen van een release-strategie en beheren van versiebeheer.
- Integreren van DevSecOps-principes in de ontwikkelprocessen.
- Verbeteren van monitoring, alerting en logging in de productieomgeving.
- Samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair scrumteam van ontwikkelaars en data scientists.

- De organisatie wil de softwarelevering versnellen en betrouwbaarder maken via geautomatiseerde CI/CD-processen.
- Er wordt gewerkt met containertechnologie voor schaalbaarheid en flexibiliteit.
- Er is behoefte aan een gestroomlijnde release-strategie om versies beter te beheren.
- De nadruk ligt op het versterken van de DevSecOps-cultuur binnen het team.
- De productieomgeving moet stabieler worden door verbeterde monitoring en alerting.
- Samenwerking tussen development en data science is cruciaal voor het succes van de applicatie.

Job requirements
- Het creatief ontwikkelen van applicaties en het kiezen van de geschikte technische opties; het rekening houden met andere ontwikkelingsactiviteiten; het optimaliseren van applicatieontwikkeling, – beheer en -prestaties door het gebruik van architectuur en het hergebruik van bewezen oplossingen.
- Je hebt HBO- of WO-opleiding Computer Science, Software Engineering of gerelateerde beta-vakgebied.
- Je beheerst Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift (Niveau B2).
- 3 jaar ervaring van de geldende principes op het gebied van DevSecOps (denk aan: het CVE framework, static code analysis, container scanning, dynamic application security testing)
- 5 jaar ervaring in een functie gelijk aan of vergelijkbaar met DevOps Engineer.
- 3 jaar ervaring met de ins en outs van CI/CD concepten en tools (denk aan: GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI, Jenkins).
- 3 jaar ervaring met container-technologie (Docker) en orchestratieplatforms (Kubernetes) en deployment aspecten van standaard containers zoals PostgreSQL en rabbitmq.
- 3 jaar ervaring met het automatisch bouwen, testen en deployen van applicaties gebaseerd op talen als C++ en Python.
Wishes
- Ervaring met het toepassen van MLOps principes.
- Ervaring met het schaalbaar inzetten van AI-technologie op GPUs.
- Ervaring met monitoring en alerting systemen (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Je bent fulltime beschikbaar, minimaal 38-40 uur per week.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.

Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
