Wij zijn voor onze opdrachtgever op zoek naar een Data Analist HR die het HR Analytics team van de Koninklijke Luchtmacht komt versterken. In deze rol vertaal je complexe data naar bruikbare inzichten en ontwikkel je toegankelijke dashboards die direct bijdragen aan datagedreven besluitvorming. Je werkt met moderne tools zoals PowerBI en brengt de brug tussen data en HR-businessvraagstukken. Een unieke kans om jouw expertise in te zetten binnen een uitdagende en maatschappelijk relevante omgeving.

What will you do?

  • Analyseren en vertalen van data naar bruikbare inzichten voor HR-vraagstukken.
  • Ontwikkelen, uitbreiden en optimaliseren van dashboards (o.a. in PowerBI).
  • Creëren van informatie uit diverse informatiesystemen en vertalen naar praktische toepassingen.
  • Uitvoeren van data-analyses en visualisaties voor de business.
  • Verbinden van de data-kant met de business-kant en onderscheid maken tussen hoofd- en bijzaken.
  • Toepassen van principes uit user experience design bij het maken van dashboards en rapportages.
  • Samenwerken binnen het HR Analytics team van de Koninklijke Luchtmacht (locatie Breda, met 2 dagen per week op kantoor).

Context and objective

  • Ondersteunen van het HR Analytics team binnen de Koninklijke Luchtmacht.
  • Bieden van relevante informatie om HR-gerelateerde businessvraagstukken te beantwoorden.
  • Ontwikkelen van toegankelijke en toepasbare dashboards voor diverse stakeholders.
  • Zorgen voor datagedreven besluitvorming binnen HR.
  • Optimaliseren van de informatievoorziening vanuit verschillende databronnen.
  • Vertalen van complexe data naar overzichtelijke en bruikbare inzichten.
  • Versterken van de samenwerking tussen data-analyses en de HR-businesscontext.
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van HR Analytics.

Job requirements

  • 3 jaar werkervaring als Data Analist.
  • Je hebt tenminste een afgeronde (diploma) HBO-opleiding richting IT.
  • 3 jaar werkervaring met PowerBI en bijbehorende talen PowerQuery en Dax.
  • 3 jaar werkervaring met het creëren van bruikbare informatie uit (verschillende) informatiesystemen.
  • 3 jaar werkervaring met proces-denken in het vertalen van datavraagstukken naar een bruikbaar eindproduct, zoals analyse of dashboard.
  • 3 jaar werkervaring met het maken van Data analyses.

Wishes

  • 2 jaar werkervaring met UX-design.
  • 2 jaar werkervaring met storytelling.
  • 2 jaar werkervaring met het HR-functie gebied.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
