Work

Als Senior Corporate Recruiter ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor de werving & selectie van nieuwe collega’s binnen de kinderopvangorganisatie. Je werft voor zowel pedagogische functies (zoals pedagogisch medewerkers en groepshulpen) als staf- en managementrollen op het hoofdkantoor en de locaties.

Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor locatiemanagers en directie en fungeert als strategisch recruitment business partner. Je begrijpt de dynamiek en krapte van de arbeidsmarkt binnen de kinderopvang en weet hierop een effectieve, doelgroepgerichte wervingsstrategie te bepalen.


Kernverantwoordelijkheden

  • Adviseren van locatiemanagers en directie over wervingsvraagstukken binnen de kinderopvang
  • Voeren van intakegesprekken en scherp krijgen van de personeelsbehoefte per locatie
  • Opstellen van aantrekkelijke en doelgroepgerichte vacatureteksten
  • Actief sourcen en benaderen van kandidaten (o.a. pedagogisch professionals)
  • Begeleiden van het volledige selectieproces van A tot Z
  • Voeren van selectiegesprekken en adviseren over aanname
  • Bewaken en optimaliseren van het recruitmentproces en candidate experience


Wat deze rol typeert

  • Je begrijpt dat recruitment in de kinderopvang meer is dan cv’s matchen: het gaat om persoonlijkheid, betrouwbaarheid en cultuurfit
  • Je schakelt makkelijk tussen operationeel werven en strategisch adviseren
  • Je weet hoe je in een krappe arbeidsmarkt tóch kandidaten weet te bereiken en te overtuigen

Job requirements

  • Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante recruitmentervaring binnen een complexe organisatie
  • Ervaring met of sterke affiniteit met de kinderopvang, zorg, onderwijs of hospitality (pré)
  • Aantoonbare kennis van de arbeidsmarkt en schaarsteberoepen
  • Ervaring met diverse online wervingskanalen en recruitmentsystemen
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met proactief werven en het voeren van selectiegesprekken
  • Sterk in procesmatig werken en stakeholdermanagement
