Work
What will you do?
Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie:
- Projectmatig professionaliseren van de bestaande arbeidsmarktcommunicatie (samen met P&O).
- Ondersteunen bij lopende arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, zoals redigeren vacatureteksten.
Interne communicatie:
- Projectmatig structureren en verbeteren van het interne communicatie- en informatielandschap.
- Adviseren over en uitvoeren van lopende interne communicatievraagstukken.
Job requirements
- Je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van communicatie;
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het vakgebied arbeidscommunicatie;
- Je houdt ervan om in een dynamische omgeving te werken waar flink gebouwd wordt;
- Je brengt energie, bent stressbestendig en hebt gevoel voor politieke en maatschappelijke verhoudingen;
- Je bent een proactieve professional die moeiteloos schakelt tussen strategisch en operationeel niveau, goed kan prioriteren en accuraat werkt;
- Je houdt ervan om met verschillende soorten mensen te werken en haalt voldoening uit de afwisseling tussen denken en doen.
