In deze rol help je mee bij de inrichting van een nieuw warehouse, waarbij je de brug slaat tussen de business en de IT-oplossing. Je vertaalt de eisen van de organisatie naar een optimale inrichting in SAP EWM en begeleidt het volledige traject van workshops tot testen. Work
What will you do?
- Adviseren en begeleiden van de business bij het specificeren van eisen voor inslag-, opslag- en uitslagprocessen in een nieuw warehouse.
- Vertalen van business-eisen naar functionele requirements en inrichting van SAP EWM.
- Organiseren en faciliteren van workshops met de business om de inrichting te valideren.
- Uitvoeren van systeemintegratie- en acceptatietesten.
- Samenwerken met de JIVC-beheerorganisatie voor overdracht van de SAP EWM-configuratie.
Context and objective
- Onderdeel van het DOKs-project: implementatie van nieuwe artikelpakketten (PGU) voor Defensie.
- Opzetten van processen voor een nieuwe warehouse-locatie.
- Zorgen dat businessbehoeften worden vertaald naar werkbare SAP EWM-oplossingen.
- Creëren van een toekomstbestendige inrichting van het warehousemanagementsysteem.
- Borgen van aansluiting tussen business, IT en beheerorganisatie.
- Faciliteren van een soepele overgang naar de nieuwe processen en systemen.
Job requirements
- Een hbo diploma op het gebied van bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbare opleiding
- 10 jaar werkervaring in Logistieke warehouse- en retailomgevingen.
- 5 jaar werkervaring in EWM implementaties als consultant.
- Je hebt kennis van SAP modules als SAP TM, QM, PP en met SAP interfaces.
Wishes
- Je hebt ervaring met grootschalige EWM implementaties bij een Defensie Organisatie.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
