In deze rol draag je bij aan de overgang van AS400 naar Microsoft Dynamics 365 binnen een internationale productieorganisatie. Je vertaalt bedrijfsprocessen naar functionele oplossingen, werkt nauw samen met D365-developers en key-users, en speelt een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van processen richting de go-live in juni. Een uitdagende opdracht binnen een dynamische, internationale omgeving waar jouw analytische blik en proceskennis direct impact hebben.

Work
In deze rol fungeer je als schakel tussen business en IT. Je vertaalt de wensen van de organisatie naar functionele oplossingen, werkt nauw samen met D365-developers en key-users, en ondersteunt de business bij procesoptimalisatie en implementatie. Het projectteam opereert internationaal, met Engels als voertaal, en richt zich momenteel op het verbeteren van procesbeschrijvingen en het voorbereiden van een succesvolle go-live in juni.
What will you do?
- Verzamelen van requirements en opstellen van functionele specificaties;
- Maken van functionele ontwerpen (labels, documenten, formulieren);
- Testen en valideren van oplossingen;
- Uitwerken van as-is en to-be procesbeschrijvingen;
- Begeleiden van de business bij veranderingen;
- Samenwerken met D365-developers en key-users in meerdere landen.
Job requirements
- Je hebt ruime ervaring als Business Analist of Functioneel Analist binnen ERP-implementaties
- Je hebt grondige kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- Je hebt goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk).
