Work
- Opstellen en monitoren van KPI’s binnen de organisatie.
- Uitwerken van datamappings en analyses ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming.
- Geven van deskundig advies aan interne stakeholders.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van data-oplossingen en producten.
- Onderhouden van een relevant netwerk binnen de organisatie en externe stakeholders.
Context and objective
- De organisatie wil dat beslissingen worden gebaseerd op actuele en betrouwbare data.
- KPI’s en analyses moeten aansluiten bij strategische en tactische doelen.
- Data-oplossingen en advies dragen bij aan procesverbetering en beleidsontwikkeling.
- De rol ondersteunt interne stakeholders en fungeert als kennisbron.
Job requirements
- Minimaal HBO+ werk- en denkniveau.
- 5-7 jaar relevante werkervaring als Business Analist of Data Analist.
- Ervaring met het opstellen van KPI’s en datamapping.
- Sterke adviesvaardigheden en het vermogen om als sparringpartner op te treden.
Wishes
- Kennis van relevante tools en methodieken voor datamanagement en analyse.
- Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en implementeren van data-oplossingen.
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare adviesrol binnen een complexe organisatie.
