What will you do?
- Organiseren en versterken van de samenwerking tussen het High-Tech Lab (HTL), de KMar en overige defensieonderdelen.
- Vertalen van operationele behoeften naar concrete en uitvoerbare werkpakketten voor het HTL.
- Ondersteunen van structurele capaciteitsopbouw op het gebied van mensen, middelen en processen.
- Ondersteunen van HTL-engineers in klantcommunicatie en projectafstemming.
- Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling, prototyping en implementatie van innovatieve hardware- en sensortoepassingen binnen DefOps-projecten.
Context and objective
- Het HTL ontwikkelt innovatieve hardware, prototypes en sensoroplossingen voor robots, uitrusting en testopstellingen binnen DevOps.
- De organisatie onderzoekt en implementeert decentrale productietechnieken binnen Defensie.
- De Business Analist vormt de brug tussen techniek, informatievoorziening en operatie.
- Het doel is om de aansluiting tussen operationele behoeften en technische ontwikkelcapaciteit structureel te verbeteren.
- De rol draagt bij aan snellere en beter afgestemde technologische middelen voor operationeel personeel.
- Werkzaamheden vinden plaats binnen de sectie DevOps, gericht op AI, robotica en experimentontwikkeling.
- De opdracht ondersteunt de verdere volwassenwording van decentrale ontwikkeling en productie binnen Defensie.
- Doel: bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendig, innovatiegedreven Defensie-ecosysteem waar technologie direct waarde toevoegt aan de operatie.
Job requirements
- 2 jaar werkervaring in het identificeren en analyseren van complexe businessbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar uitvoerbare werkpakketten en innovatieve informatieoplossingen die strategische waarde toevoegen.
- 2 jaar werkervaring in het analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en initieert verbeteringen door inzet van technologische oplossingen.
- You have a command of the Dutch and English language both verbally and in writing (Level B2).
- 2 jaar werkervaring met scrum/agile werken.
- 2 jaar kennis en ervaring met methoden en technieken op het gebied van informatieanalyse.
- 2 jaar kennis van en ervaring met het definiëren van requirements.
Wishes
- Operationele werkervaring binnen Defensie.
- Relevante kennis van product design en engineering in het algemeen en rapid prototyping in het specifiek.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.

Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
