Work
In het algemeen is de Business Analist (BA) verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van bedrijfsbehoeften naar innovatieve, bruikbare oplossingen. Binnen het MAVIK beheer- en projectteam van SodM ligt de focus meer op het analyseren van bestaande bedrijfsprocessen en zaaktypes om vervolgens verbetervoorstellen te doen in het kader van de optimalisering van de bestaande inrichting. Dit geldt zowel voor het beheer van de bestaande applicaties als de herbouw o.b.v. de nieuwste versie van de onderliggende applicatie software, Pega Constellation.
De BA werkt in een multidisciplinair projectteam, heeft een belangrijke rol in de samenwerking met business vertegenwoordigers en fungeert als brug tussen business en IT om oplossingen te definiëren en realiseren die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de organisatie. De belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn het verzamelen en analyseren van bedrijfsbehoeften door workshops en interviews, het documenteren van vereisten en verbetervoorstellen en de communicatie met belanghebbenden om verwachtingen te managen en projectdoelen af te stemmen.
Job requirements
- Je bent in het bezit van een afegronde hbo/wo opleiding in de richting van Informatica of Informatiemanagement of gelijkwaardig
- You have knowledge of Business Analytics, BABoK or equivalent
- Je hebt kennis van zaaksystemen (bij voorkeur RijksZaak/Pega systems)
Wishes
- Je hebt ervaring met Business Proces Management
- Je hebt 2 jaar ervaring als zelfstandig werkende Business Analist
- Je hebt 2 jaar ervaring met digitale dienstverlening
- Je hebt aantoonbaar kennis van Agile Scrum
- Je hebt bent in het bezit van een afgeronde Constellation Adoption training (Pega Academy)
- Je hebt ervaring bij een uitvoeringsorganisatie binnen het rijk
- Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden en faciliteren van de samenwerking tussen IT en de business
- Je hebt ervaring met Pega en Constellation
- Je hebt ervaring met RijksZaak
- You have knowledge of and experience with document management systems
- Je hebt ervaring met het implementeren van IV-toepassingen
- Je hebt kennis van BiSL Next of je bent hier in gecertificeerd
- Je hebt ervaring met change management binnen operationele afdelingen, zowel tijdens het analyseproces als de implementatie
- Je kan zelfstandig ketenbrede bedrijfsprocessen in kaart brengen
