What will you do?
- Oplossen van technische issues binnen Dataiku in een standalone en airgapped Defensie-omgeving.
- Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van Dataiku-componenten.
- Uitvoeren van updates, patches en prestatieoptimalisaties.
- Bieden van technische ondersteuning aan interne gebruikers.
- Monitoren van beschikbaarheid en functioneren van Dataiku.
- Informeren van stakeholders en gebruikers over onderhoud, verstoringen en statusupdates.
- Samenwerken met het Service Team Data van de Afdeling DATA ter versterking van hun capaciteit.

- Dataiku draait binnen een standalone, airgapped omgeving van het ministerie van Defensie.
- Defensie werkt t/m minimaal juli 2026 met DSS van Dataiku.
- Het Service Team Data heeft onvoldoende capaciteit voor technisch beheer.
- De opdracht richt zich op continuïteit en optimale performance van Dataiku.
- Gebruikers moeten tijdig en goed ondersteund worden bij technische vragen.
- Stabiliteit, veiligheid en up-to-date applicatiebeheer zijn cruciaal.
- De inzet draagt bij aan een mogelijke verlenging van Dataiku-gebruik binnen Defensie.
- Het betreft een specialistische beheerrol in een hoogbeveiligde omgeving.
Job requirements
- Kennis van en ervaring met probleemmanagement, dienstverlening en gebruikersondersteuning.
- 2 jaar werkervaring in het onderhouden van contact met gebruikers over technische problemen en wijzigingen.
- 2 jaar werkervaring met het analyseren van technische problemen met de applicatie en het komen tot een oplossing.
- 2 jaar werkervaringen met documenteren en schrijven van werkinstructies en tijdig communiceren van wijzigingen.
- 3 jaar werkervaring met DevOps tooling/technieken zoals Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Schrijven van Script is Bash.
- 3 jaar werkervaring met verschillende programmeertalen.
- 2 jaar werkervaring in de rol van applicatie beheerder.
Wishes
- Ervaring binnen de IT-systemen van Defensie.
- Kennis van en ervaring met Dataiku.
- Kennis van en ervaring op het gebied van data science en kunstmatige intelligentie.
- Bekend met Jira.

Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
