In deze opdracht speel je een sleutelrol binnen de vernieuwing van het HR- en IT-landschap en draag je bij aan een toekomstbestendige, veilige informatievoorziening. Je werkt aan privacy- en securityvraagstukken met grote maatschappelijke en organisatorische impact, waaronder DPIA’s binnen personele, organisatorische en medische informatie. Een strategische opdracht in een complex en dynamisch speelveld waar jouw expertise echt het verschil maakt.

What will you do?
- Opstellen, actualiseren en verbeteren van Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA’s)
- Coördineren en ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van privacy- en security-verbetermaatregelen
- Analyseren van informatiebehoeften binnen Personeel, Organisatie en Militaire Gezondheidszorg (POM)
- Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving en Defensiebeleid naar concrete IT- en informatievoorzieningsoplossingen
- Bijdragen aan changes binnen het beheer- en projectenportfolio
- Toetsen van initiatieven en oplossingen aan het Defensie beveiligingsbeleid
- Intensief afstemmen met interne stakeholders en ketenpartners binnen Defensie

- De opdracht richt zich op privacy- en securityvraagstukken binnen kritieke informatievoorziening
- Focus op personele, organisatorische en medische informatie (POM)
- Borging van compliance met privacywetgeving en Defensie beveiligingsbeleid
- Ondersteunen van een toekomstbestendige en betrouwbare informatievoorziening
- Versterken van samenhang tussen beleid, uitvoering en IT
- Opereren binnen een complex bestuurlijk en militair landschap
Job requirements
- Je bent in staat de juiste acties te ondernemen om de veiligheid te borgen en risico blootstelling te vermijden, evalueert, managet en garandeert de validering van uitzonderingen, voert audits uit op ICT processen en omgeving.
- Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding in de richting informatiemanagement of aanpalende vakgebieden en met name op het gebied van privacy en informatiebeveiliging of gelijkwaardig.
- Je bent in het bezit van een CIPP/e certificering.
- 5 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van privacy (in de afgelopen 10 jaar).
- 5 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging (in de afgelopen 10 jaar).
- 5 jaar ervaring met het schrijven en actualiseren van DPIA’s.
- 5 jaar kennis van en ervaring met specifieke wet- en regelgeving, op gebied van privacy (AVG en UAVG) en informatiebeveiliging.
Wishes
- Werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie in de afgelopen 2 jaar bij de Rijksoverheid, waarbij bij Defensie een pre is.
- Ervaring met AVG projecten binnen een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.

Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
