The candidate should be a senior test manager who understands the various testing and their life cycle. The Test Manager needs to assess testing artifacts for a custom development project and identify the gaps.

Further, to provide observations and recommendation to fill the gaps. You must be able to assess the completeness and coverage of test artifacts ánd must be able to review the test execution process & test results and present observations and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to QA engineers/key users within the team
• Create detailed and comprehensive test strategies
• Strong Communication Skills
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to get E2E & UAT done
• Design, develop and manage testing artifacts. Provide a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in the areas of SIT for the purposes of regression testing
• Familiar with Test Automation process and basic hands on.
• Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies, processes and documentation standards.
• Test case reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
• Oversee design of test processes and procedures to ensure an end-to-end regression test suite including System Integration Testing to reduce repetitive manual testing
• Turn high-level requirements into test scenarios through the user story refinement process
• Must be able to demo appropriate testing actions to team members and stakeholders
• Identify training needs to facilitate the professional development of QA engineers/key users
• Ensure that QA processes, methodologies, and best practices are documented and accessible
• Establish trust with the customer’s leadership, promoting and/or implementing standard processes.
