Kotlin Developer “Supermarket App”

For the largest supermarket chain in the BeNeLux, Hero is looking for multiple Java / Kotlin developers to work on their customer loyalty app, payment structures and instore applications amongst other.

Werkzaamheden

As a Kotlin developer you contribute to improving and experiencing the omnichannel of millions of customers. Using the latest technological advancements in the world of shopping and payment, and putting that into code that works. In short, you use your programming skills to develop, test and practice new functionalities together with your team.

They work CI/CD in a (MS Azure/AKS) cloud environment. You obviously have hands-on experience in Java (Kotlin), NoSQL DB and REST APIs. Some knowledge of Spring Boot, Maven, Docker, Kafka, Ansible and SQL DB would be a nice addition here.

You can start per March for four or five days per week. The team works fully Agile / Scrum. and you will join a team of in total 15 Kotlin enthusiasts.

Functie-eisen

Strong Kotlin development skills
Good communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
Experience working in an Agile environment
Hands-on experience in NoSQL DB and REST APIs
Some knowledge of Spring Boot, Maven, Docker, Kafka, Ansible and SQL DB is a plus
