We need an additional IT project manager to support the Workforce Management program. The objective of the project is to implement a new suite of UKG tooling to manage our workforce. Typical tools like scheduling, absence management and labor analytics are part of this suite. The project will upgrade our current UKG tooling to a newer version. You will be working with another project manager in this project. The technical project management will be your share of success in this project. And, occasionally replacing the overall program manager.

This project is already on its way. The tooling has been selected and contracted. The implementation project has started. We are looking for a well-seasoned senior IT Project Manager that is eager, reliable and result-driven to finish the implementation successfully. He/She has seen it all and is able to lead the full technology project team.

Team spirit, prioritization, excellent tactical communication skills, positive stakeholder management and a clear project management hygiene is required with the ability to work closely with business counterparts, architecture, security and other internal departments. The perfect candidate is able to be self-propelled and self-motivated.

As project manager you will be part of the IT technology department and will report to the Steerco and Portfolio Manager. You will be responsible for the execution of the project in accordance with agreed timelines, deliverables, quality and costs.
