On behalf of a large retail organization, Hero is looking for an ad interim Agile Coach.
Werkzaamheden
For the global shared service centre of our client, we are looking for support from an agile coach to further mature their way of working. In sum, we are in need of anaAnalysis on the current WoW and looking for recommendations to improve the WoW. Furthermore we would like the new Agile Coach to help implement these recommendations.
This Agile Coach will be more an advisory consultant, therefore we expect to need someone for two days per week on average. The main goal is to make sure the team is more mature in their way of working.
We can offer an hourly rate of e90 exc. VAT. Ideally you can work on-site for the two day period, but there are remote options too. We expect to need someone for at least 6 months.
Functie-eisen
- Experience as an Agile Coach with relevant certifications
- Experience in complex (global) commercial corporations, preferably within retail
- Strong advisory skills, with the ability to implement and create support / buy-in across the department
